Delivery
Products ordered through the BORNIAK online store are delivered to the address specified by the Customer using courier services, logistics providers and other authorised carriers.
Depending on the type of product, delivery destination, shipment size and selected delivery method, different carriers may be used.
Delivery Charges
Current delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.
BORNIAK may periodically offer free delivery, free delivery above a specified order value or other shipping promotions. Details of any promotion will be displayed in the online store.
Receiving Your Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible transport damage immediately.
Large and Pallet Deliveries
Some products, particularly smokers and large equipment, may be delivered on pallets or as oversized shipments.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made to the kerbside or another location accessible to the carrier's vehicle. Carry-in services are not included in standard delivery.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
The estimated processing and delivery time is displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart or during checkout.
Products in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation or order acceptance.
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:
- standard parcel deliveries: 2–5 business days,
- pallet and oversized deliveries: 2–7 business days.
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, seasonal demand, weather conditions or circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Transport Damage
If transport damage is identified, the Customer should report it as soon as possible and, where possible, obtain a damage report from the carrier. Claims can be submitted using the online service or complaints form.

After selecting this payment method, Customers will be redirected to the payment provider's secure platform to complete the transaction.
