  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • Salted caramel

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the smoker to 150°C.
  2. Peel the pineapple, remove any dark spots, and cut it into slices, then divide each slice into 6 parts.
  3. Place the pineapple pieces on a tray or parchment paper and coat with salted caramel.
  4. Insert the pineapple into the smoker and smoke for 15 minutes.
  5. After removing from the smoker, serve the smoked pineapple with walnuts, pistachios, and pistachio ice cream.
