Unfortunately, the manufacturer has changed the software to a subscription-based model without informing us as resellers. We only became aware of this issue through your reports – and we truly appreciate your feedback.

We are actively addressing this issue with the manufacturer and working on a solution that will allow our customers to continue using their thermometers. To tackle this, we have assembled a dedicated team that is currently working on the best possible resolution. Within the next few days, we should have more concrete information on potential solutions.

Update – our solution for GrillEye MAX - Borniak Edition

Unfortunately, our discussions with GrillEye representatives did not lead to a satisfactory outcome. As a result, we have decided to develop our own independent software, aimed at restoring the basic functionality expected by users who purchased the device in good faith.

Due to legal reasons, our software was built entirely from scratch and is not supported or endorsed by GrillEye.

We are continuing our development efforts to include Wi-Fi connectivity and smartphone communication, with the goal of restoring as much of the original functionality as possible.
