Borniak Timer Controller

The control panel of Borniak has been specially designed to provide the utmost user convenience.

Temperature: Simply set the desired temperature, and the intelligent system will autonomously maintain it at a constant level.

Timer: With the timer, you can precisely determine the duration of various functions, such as heating, smoke generation, or drying, making the device even easier to operate.

Clock: Allows for accurate monitoring of the time that food remains in the smoke, even without setting a timer.

Heater & heat sink

The device distributes heat using a heating system with a radiator, ensuring an effective temperature distribution.

Temperature

Our exceptionally sensitive electronic thermostat provides precise temperature control, and its easy adjustment using the dial makes operation simple. Additional timer functions complement the control functionality.

Smoke generator

The entire smoke production process is reduced to pressing a button. The generator ensures uniform operation and consistent combustion of smoking chips.

Adjusting smoke

The chimney has a damper that allows you to regulate the smoke density. Thanks to this, you will adjust the ideal smoking conditions to your recipe.

Security and safety

Drip Tray

A baffle with specially shaped openings separates the working space from the smoking space – so that fats and juices do not run down on heating elements or smoldering smoker’s wood.

Top drip tray

Top drip tray protects the smoked meat from the sludge dripping from the chimney.
